20 Random Things About Me

Here are some random bits of information about me, just in case you were curious ;o)

1. I hate the feel of wet hair dripping on my back after a shower.

2. I love wearing flip flops but I can't stand the feel of wet dew on my feet when I walk to the car; it's so bad John has mowed me a strip of grass to walk in just so I can go to the car for church (he didn't have to do it, but what a sweetheart, huh!?)

3. Food on my plate isn't supposed to touch.  I don't want tomato juice on my mashed potatoes, and my bread definitely can't get soggy.

4. My favorite color is cerulean blue.

5. Most of the shirts I own are either blue or pink; I know I should wear more of a variety, but when I go pick out new ones, they're usually a different shade of blue or pink.  I was going through my shirts I can't wear anymore (maybe I can after nursing, who knows) and they are the exact same colors as the ones I bought to wear until I finish losing my baby weight.

6. I am such a creature of habit.  Wake up, pee, take a shower, eat breakfast; doing it any other way just feels weird (definitely should wake up before I pee!)

7. If I step on the crack in the cement with my left foot, my right foot has to step on a crack, too.  Surely I'm not the only one who does this...

8. Singing and laughing are two things I must do every day.

9. Farts are funny.

10. So are people who trip and fall, myself included.

11. I like buying presents for other people and seeing their reaction when they open their gift.  It's even more fun when the person isn't expecting anything.

12. I can't wait for Henry to profess faith in Christ.  I hope I'm there to hear him pray the sinner's prayer, but that's not a pre-requisite for his salvation.

13. I feel weird starting most of my sentences with I.  Kind of narcissistic, I guess.

14. Cooking is lots of fun!  Dishes are not.

15. Jesus is the most awesome Person ever, and if you don't know Him, you should.  He likes you even more than I do!

16. I make up stories to help me fall asleep, and if I fall asleep before I finish the story, then I continue it the next night.

17. Hot tea with a little milk in it is incredibly relaxing (not to mention yummy.)

18. I love my husband a lot.  A whole lot.  Seriously, he's amazing.

19. Prime numbers are my favorite numbers.

20. I am incredibly blessed with wonderful family and friends!

One random fact about me... I can't stand it if the clocks in my house display different times.  I will spend five minutes of my life making sure that they read the same time if I have to.  Haha!

Tick Tock

Haha, that's crazy Justina!  None of our clocks show the same time; our house would drive you nuts!

You did mention the farting drills, and with your class, I think they were a very good idea!  :o)

I hate it when my fish die, and can't stand to get them evn to "toilet heaven". Michael has to flush them.

:o)

Lisa, that is too funny!  I've only ever had one fish, and he died over the summer at my roomie's house, and her dad flushed him.  He took two flushes because he was so fat!

I'm a list maker.  To the point that It probably makes me less organized because I I have so many and so much on them that I still manage to forget something that was on one of my lists.

On a side not I am going to be in NC the first week of March as long as the Army doesn't mess up our plans at the last minute.  We are having a birthday party for Owen on Saturday March 6th.  Your family is more then welcome to come.  I would really like to see you and meet Henry.

Birthday Boy

That would be really fun, Nicole!  I'll put it on the calendar so we can maybe try to be there!

Wow

Your blog became comment central- right?  Craziness.  I like even numbers but I like odd when decorating or arranging things.  I think it is super sweet that John mows the patch of grass for you.  :)

:o)

I advertised it on Facebook; that's the only way I can get comments!  lol  I agree with you on the odd number with decorating.  But prime numbers are still the best!
